The scope

Why the same plumber both times
Wall mounted tapware only lands flush if the rough-in was set out for the finished wall thickness. We keep the set-out details from rough-in through to fit-off, so nothing has to be worked out twice. Doing both ends means the set-out and the finish are the same person's problem.
