No hot water, or not enough of it.
Cold showers, water that runs out halfway through, or a puddle under the unit. Tell us the brand and roughly how old it is and we can usually narrow it down on the phone.
Repair before replace
Plenty of units fail on one part, and a thermocouple, a valve or an element is a smaller job than a whole new system. Where the tank itself has gone, replacing it is the only honest answer, and we will say which one you are looking at before anything comes off the wall.
Choosing the replacement
Continuous flow, storage or heat pump all suit different houses. What matters is how many people are in the house, whether gas is already at the wall, and where the unit can physically go. We work that out on site rather than guessing from a phone call.
